u said almost, its nt in ur hands yet. npc i believe is a fed job and there's job security as compared wit access bank. it depends on wat u want. if i were in ur shoes ill take npc

Seconded u cos i learn most of this Fed Govt Commissions pay more than #150k for entry level and wit job security, y r u now bothering urself. Pls dont look back, jst go ahead wt ur NPC, less stressful, highest u'll b closing by 5:00PM in d evening n resume 8:00Am unlike d stress work in d bank

It's not true that Fed Govt Parastatals are paying above 150k, their pay isn't even upto 80k b4 the salary increment. Am replying to correct the notion u ve abt their pay. However, I will join u to advise our friend to consider the NPC Job offer.

And let me add that there is nothing like job security anywhere...Don't be deceived...Follow your mind-

i disagree with IGHOEVE,though everything depends on God,but we can't rule out d fact that there is job security in govt work.unlik bank work,a little mistak they will send u home

@Sexy: Sincerely l knw compared to bank pay,NPC z nothing but letz leave d pay aside 4 now. I know diff ppl happily married n abt-2 dat used 2 work in a prestigeous banks here in Lagos,no names metiond pls. Dey got 2d ofis one day n wer told 2 come 2 d HQ only 2b ask 2 resign witin 24hrs or face bin sackd.
So much 4 Job Security.
Dnt 4sake d days of little begining. NPC wl pay wel in d long run. Wat wt bank targets n shiftns 2 diff depts

I guess by now you'll agree that the NPC job is better off judging from the replies you've got here. So I also advice you stick with the NPC job. Bank job is no longer as rosy as it used to be.
However, your career path also needs to be considered. If you are employed in NPC to do a job that's off your career path, and you eventually get the Access Bank job and it fits perfectly into your career path, I advice you weigh your options properly before taking a decision.
Above all, commit it sincerely into God's UNFAILING Hands...He'll sure guide you Best!
