    multinational FMCG coy vs SAP consultancy

    I need the advice and opinions of my learned colleagues on this pressing issue. I currently work an FMCG coy(cement) and i have recently been made an offer to be part of a SAP project(basis) though i aint certified yet. I'm @ a loss on whether to move or stay back based on future prospects as both mean good career advancement. Any ideas will be helpful.Thanks

    As for me . b4 i advise u; u need to tell us your career vision.that is
    what you want to become . because big/small pay has little effect
    on what you want to become , but the organization, environment,
    type of assignment, type of job , and opportunity play a significant
    role shaping your career.
