INVITATION FOR PRE – QUALIFICATION AND TENDER EXERCISE OF CONTRACTORS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS IN NIGERIA AND AFRICA

1. INTRODUCTION

The New Nation Corporate contractor helps Project New Nation design and implement community development projects all across the continent of Africa covering housing estates, factories, hospitals roads, water, power, bridges, malls, and other important infrastructure development projects that will aid in the development of the African continent working in conjunction with New Nation Project Managers.

1. SCOPE OF FUNDING

Minimum N10Million naira contract value, cost of project is entirely covered by Project New Nation through revenues from its ventures, investments from viewers of the upcoming “Development Channel” as well as leverage capital from supporting financial institutions in Canada, United States and the UK. The project total contract volume per quarter will scale between N75 – N150 Billion naira from September 2013.

• Construction of housing estates
• Construction of factories
• Construction of hospitals
• Construction of roads
• Construction of water stations
• Construction of power stations
• Construction of bridges
• Construction of malls and other important infrastructure development projects

3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Interested Contractors are invited to submit the following documents:

• Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (For companies)
• Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three years (State and Federal)
• Evidence of qualified technical and professional staff and evidence of execution of similar jobs. (Provide letter of award of contract and completion certificate for each of the projects)

Proven expertise in a specific area of technical advantage

• Two verifiable references

• Completed form with N15, 000 non – refundable application processing fee paid directly during submission of Pre – Qualification Document in the office headquarters.
• Mandatory bi – weekly training attendance for 12 weeks
• Three day induction training with award of certificate

4.0 SUBMISSION OF PRE – QUALIFIED DOCUMENT
The Pre – Qualified Document should be spiral bound, packaged in an envelope and clearly marked “New Nation Corporate Contractor” at the top left hand corner of the envelop.
The name, address of the company and telephone number shall also be clearly written on the reversed side of the enveloped.
All documents are to be addressed to New Nation Project and submitted in person at the Project campaign headquarters: New Nation Close off Chike Street along NTA mgbuoba road Port Harcourt from 9:00am – 4pm Monday to Friday, limited space available.

• A submission of pre – qualification document s to New Nation Project is neither a commitment nor an obligation to award contract to any contractor or his agent.
• All claims are subject to verification. Take notice that every false claim shall be ground for disqualification.
• New Nation Project reserves the right to reject any or all documents submitted at any time prior to tendering or acceptance.
• Those who do not attend the first contractor forum and learn how to generate N20million naira from smart pick will never receive contracts from New Nation Project.
• New Nation Project reserves the right to cancel the procurement proceedings at any stage in the public interest without incurring any liability to any firm.
