HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate production of I.D cards
Collation of appraisal forms
Assist the HR manager in above-stated functions
Must be resident in Otta
Preparation and collation of attendance registers of factory worker
Calculation of overtime rates
Adequate keeping of staff records/documentation
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience
Must have adequate experience in Human Resources
Must have a good degree
