Job Description

Le’ Venue Property Development Co. Ltd was Incorporated as a property investment company. We focus on the provision of innovative and workable solutions to fulfill and exceed our client’s expectations.We also give real estate advisory services to existing and prospective investors, organizations and owners of landed property looking for ways to maximizing their returns with minimum fuss.

Responsibilities:
Perform business development and market research.
Implement marketing strategies and organize events and functions to achieve the sale targets.
Identify and approach potential buyers through networking, calling/telemarketing, conducting site visits/viewing and etc.
Negotiation, and reviewing of sales option documents.
Responsible for sales-related functions such as attending to sales enquires of prospective buyers.
Provide feedback proactively on all sales matters and offer market updates regularly.
Relating with agents in other to broaden sales contacts and services availability.
And other related functions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidate must possess a B.Sc/MSc in Marketing, Human Resource Management English or related field.
A good command of English Language.
Minimum of 1-3 years cognate experience in a reputable organization.
