Reports To: Principal Consultant/Senior ManagementJob Summary:The Marketing executives will be involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote our services and training events. He will be required to work on planning, advertising, public relations, organising events, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research. The Applicant will need to be fully abreast of online marketing platforms and how to manage a website and will be involved in the firms marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications.Responsibilities:Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisationsCommunicating with target audiences and managing customer relationshipsSourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts on various platforms including new media (facebook, twitter, google), the press - local, regional, national, radio, public events etcInitiate, manage and coordinate awareness campaigns to existing and new clientsManaging the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, DVDs etcLiaising with designers, printers, web managers etcOrganising photo shoots and videos of our training and job events to include in our advert archives and social media platformsArranging for the effective distribution of marketing materialsDevelop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to reports etcOrganising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitionsSourcing and securing sponsorshipConducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groupsContributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategiesManaging marketing budgetsEvaluating marketing campaignsMonitoring competitor activitySupporting the other colleagues especially Managers of our key divisionsMonitor the media, papers etc for opportunities, Request for proposals etcWrite regular update reports on progress on various marketing projects and use a through project management methodology and software to monitor progressSupervise firm's RFP protocol process including soliciting RFPs from desirable prospective clients and writing proposals for new businessParticipate in planning and presentation sessionsOversee firm's electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenanceQualifications and Requirements:College degree requiredMinimum qualification is HNDRequired experience is 3 - 5 yearsConcentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.At least three years in a purely marketing role within professional services environment.Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels in the organization.
