Liberty reserve transaction fees for depositing and withdrawal

Pls, I need help. I open my liberty reserve account not too long ago. I'm new to the e-currency system. How much is their transaction fees for depositing and withdrawing from the account? If you've been using liberty reserve, help me pls. I'm new to the system. Thanks

if you want to withdraw, it is free because the receiver pay for it. But if you received into your lr account, you have to pay transaction fees of 1% of the total amount you received. note that minimum transaction fees is 0.01$ and maximum is 2.5$. if you withdraw 1000$ or 10000000$ it is still $2.5 fees.
