Position Description
Responsible for Driving Market Share within defined territory
Accountable for distributor sell in and sell thru management
Driving end consumer promotions, retail visibility and Wholesale management
Field Force management
Annual Sell in revenue and Market Share

Field force productivity as per defined guidelines
Distributor reach and coverage with product availability
Retail Execution as per defined regional guidelines


Position Requirements
Clear understanding of the IR channel and dynamics
Strong portfolio understanding and competition landscape.
Exceptional retail execution understanding with eye for details
Strong relationship skills
5-7 years of smartphone sales experience in the region

English plus regional language.
Managed both distributor and retailers from end to end business management perspective
Graduate across any discipline
