Human Resources Manager (Lagos)

1. First Degree/ HND in Human Resources management, Business Administrator or other related discipline.(Minimum of second lower /upper credit)
2. Demonstrated success in development and application of HR policy formulation, recruitment and staffing, Training and development.
3. A master degree/certifications specialized in HRM is an advantage.
4. Minimum of 5 years working experience in personnel management / HR functions.
5. Ability to organize, plan, counsel, and lead people, processes and system.
6. Proven ability to lead recruitment, contracts management, performance appraisal , career development management, build team, maintain high staff morale.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
8. Prior experience in establishing a functional HR department from scratch.

Training Manager
1. 5-10 years experience in a similar role
2. A first degree and/or HND in Guidiance and couselling, Human resources, Psychology and social sciences.
3. Proficiency in Word and Excel
4. Demonstrable experience of high-level negotiation
5. Demonstrable experience of building a strong team and team leadership
6. Proactive and result oriented
7. Must be a team player and have lots drive and initiative
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Strong leadership & supervisory qualities and excellent interpersonal skills
