Job Description
APL Global Limited, an Hotel Support & Management Company is a diversified Organisation in Hospitality Consulting, Management, Recruiting, Training and Manpower Development.
Our client, a reputable organization located in one of the South Western States of Nigeria now seeks self- driven individuals with exceptional passion for excellence and commitment to hard work to fill the following vacancies in its Ibadan establishment.
1.) General Manager
Qualifications
o Candidates (Nigerian or Expatriate) must be graduates with a minimum of 3 years experience in reputable hospitality outfits.
2.) Executive Chef
Qualifications
o Candidates should hold B.Sc./HND etc in Hotel & Catering/Hospitality Management with at least two (2) years experience in reputable hospitality outfits.
3.) Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications
o Candidates should hold B.Sc./ HND etc in Hotel & Catering/Hospitality Management with at least two (2) years experience in reputable hospitality outfits.
4.) Executive House Keeper
Qualifications
o Candidates should hold B.Sc./HND etc in Hotel & Catering /Hospitality Management .
5.) Kitchen, F & B, H/keeping & Front Supervisors
Qualifications
o Candidates should hold B.Sc./HND etc in Hotel & Catering/Hospitality Management; Biological, Social & Management Sciences .
6.) Cook
Qualifications
o Candidates should possess National/Professional Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management etc with two years experience.
7.) Buyer/Store Keeper
Qualifications
o Candidates should possess B. Sc/HND in Purchasing & Supply, Marketing, Bus Admin/Management, Economics etc.
8.) Guest Service Agents
Qualifications
o B.Sc./ HND in Business Administration or Social Sciences.
9.) Technicians
Qualifications
o Candidate should possess a minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least two (2) years cognate experience.
10.) Waiters/ Waitresses
Qualifications
o Minimum of SSCE, GCE/OL, or WASC with at least one year experience.

11.) Room / Laundry Attendants
Qualifications
o Minimum of SSCE, GCE/OL, or WASC with at least one year experience.
12.) Marketing Manager / Executives
Qualifications
o Candidates should possess HND/B. Sc. in Marketing, Bus Admin, Mass Communication etc with two (2) & one (1) years experience for Marketing Manager & Marketing Executives respectively.
