John Holt Plc is recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Title: Branch Administrator

Job Locations: Abuja & Kaduna

Responsibilities

  • To promptly issue receipts for collections from customers as well as bank lodgement of cheques.
  • To promptly send job card opening requests to head office and monitor actual opening/closure.
  • To produce performance and control reports – daily/weekly/monthly cash collection, stock/debt/creditors/WIP position, expenses etc as well as monthly profit and loss account.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for transactions.
  • To control and account for branch imprest.
  • To maintain branch facilities and other administrative functions.


Requirements

  • OND/BSc/H.N.D Accounting
  • 8 years experience
