I recieved an email from KPMG as foolows:
...You are hereby scheduled to write our test on Thursday 27th May 2010 between 8am and 12noon.
...Please be advised that our test is GMAT based assessing the following:
SECTION A
- Verbal Skills
- Logical Reasoning
- Quantitative analysis
SECTION B (to be written by candidates who are successful in section A)
- Essay Assessment
Please has any other person gotten this invite?
Or have you written their test before? I need tips on the essay assessment and any other useful information.

mary when did u send ur c.v en how long did it take b4 u got the invite.
u will be given diff paper types and only those who are successful in the first stage will make it to the next stage.i wrote mine 2wks ago.u hav 2 essays to write in 20mins.the first is if u wer the president of nigeria how would u curb corruption in public parastatals.
2nd is a 12 lined essay and its were do u see urslf in the next 10 yrs
the most impt tin is speed and accuracy.ensure u r conversant with geometry and big words.i was asked questitons like A's runs is to B's runs as B's runs is to C's in the ratio of 3:2.what is A's share if the total of their runs is 432.
antonym for outlandish,abominate,insolvent,camaraderie.read ur analogy well.u will also be given some short essays and asked questions based on them.hope this will be of help.

China doll tanx alot. Hope u scaled the section B of the test...Pls how many of you wrote the test? And is the result for the Section A immediate? bcus they said only those that scale thru sect A while write sect B.

gmary the test results were immediate.those who were successful were called and the others asked to go home.i was successfull.after the essay u will be given a graduate trainee form to fill.

@ gmary i was given 45questions for 1 hour.we were told dat there would be no negative marking.just do ur best

JUST YOU ACCURACY IS WAT MATTERS.I ALSO WROTE THE TEST WHICH I PASSED BUT I HAVE NOT BEING CALLED UP FOR THE INTERVIEW.AM STILL LOOKING 4WD TO WHEN THEY DO MASS RECRUITMENT.
