Kerildbert Holdings Limited is a Leading Clearing & Freight Forwarding Company looking for dynamic staff in their Lagos Office for the role of Business Development Executive.

Position: GENERAL MANAGER

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will be a person with experience in general management. An individual, who is decisive, has a sense of urgency and result orientation - thereby delivering objectives and increasing performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of the business
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee
  • Driving sustainable and continuous optimisation of the business system by embedding process management and lean thinking


  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard


Requirements

· Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
· Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management



Educational Qualifications

· A graduate of a reputable university with a background in Human Resource or Law
· Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES (Oil & Gas)

Key Responsibilities
· Develop leads for new business
· Prospecting new clients and following up aggressively on contacts
· Making presentations/demos to make a sale;
· maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers;
· cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers; prospect for new business;
· acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
· gathering market and customer information; gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
· Projection of a positive organizational image to clients and the public at large.

Educational Qualifications
· Knowledge of the oil and gas sector is mandatory
· A graduate of a reputable university with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division. A degree in petroleum engineering or any course related to the oil and gas sector will be a plus.
· A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
· Preferably female
