- Build a successful business outfit with the backing of MUTUAL (the first Insurances Distribution Support Scheme (1055) provider in Nigeria)
MODE OF OPERATION - MUTUAL BENEFITS . PLC.
- Mutual Benefits will train the Franchise Managers on Insurance Principles, Products and if necessary Marketing and Insurance Sales Management.
- Mutual Benefits will pay all the expenses of establishing and furnishing the office
- Mutual Benefits will recruit and train all the Risk Advisors to work in the office. - Mutual Benefits will recruit and train the Managers to supervise the Risk Advisor
- Mutual Benefits will pay all the expenses of the Technical Staff of the office.
- Mutual Benefits will meet all the statutory requirements on the licensing of the Franchise Manager and his team.
