Our client is in the manufacturing business and is in need of professionals to fill

the various openings in the company:

ASSISTANT SECRETARY

• Documentations.

• Typing of company letters, invoicing and preparation of company meetings.

• Procurement of items for office and site.

• Picking up purchase order from clients.

• Reply/sending of mails.

• Preparing and presentation of business reports on behalf of the Company.

• Advising superiors on issues relevant for smooth operational procedures

of the company with respect to business interaction with the government or

other companies.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

• Provide a valuable link between customers and the company.

• To be given the authority to reverse erroneous fees or send replacement

products.

• To be given possession of clients phone numbers portfolio in order to get in

touch with clients to ensure the supply on time.

• Attend to Customers on a daily basis and help make purchasing decisions in

terms of selling products and services.

• Document and give feedbacks of Customer's requests or needs to Superior

Officers.

• Negotiate and Conclude Customer's request.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management

information.

• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.

• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities, values, product mix and time

scales.

• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to

perform duties and aid business and organizational development. To

generate quality leads that result in sales.

• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone and personal

visits.

• Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and

research.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Carry out market research competitor and customer surveys.

• Build good relationships with the potential and existing clients.

• Work with the team to achieve sales performance target.

• To map out daily work activities to suit and stabilise task for the day.

• Sell the company’s Products.

• Make use of the computer and other technology extensively, to enable clients

have accurate services.

QUALIFICATION:

• BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning.

• Age must not be more than 35 years.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Tenacious work attitude.

• Must be self motivated.
