Job Objective:
Provides clients with financial models and advisory on technical issues that relate to real estate development and finance.

Job Responsibilities / Description
Responsible for driving ASO’s Financial Advisory services for real estate investment. At a high level, this includes:

? Conduct financial analysis on real estate projects to determine borrower financial capability using financial variables i.e. cash flow analysis, break-even analysis, profitability analysis, scenario analysis and other financial derivatives.

? Assessing the client's circumstances i.e. the client's risk and return using varying risk assessing models

? Evaluate and select real estate investments that will give higher returns on invested funds

? Conduct due diligence on real estate projects and subsequently advising on viable projects

? Make deal presentations to clients and management on project viability with the aim of closing on real estate investment decision.
Additional Information
Qualification
? First degree in management sciences or related field

Minimum Experience
? 2-3 years experience in Financial Institutions

Required knowledge, skills and abilities
? Have in depth knowledge of Nigeria’s real estate market
? Be abreast o the real estate trends worldwide
? Ability to build and nurture strategic business relationships
? In-depth understanding of the impact of changes/trends in the financial services industry & real estate
? Deep understanding of the local and global financial services
? Substantial experience in managing large real estate transactions
? It would be highly desirable for the financial advisor to have one of the following certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC).
? Ability to conduct high level competitor analysis and benchmarking
? Proficiency in the use of Microsoft excel suite
