Responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing and advertisement strategy.
- Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
- Plan and manage sales and marketing resources.
- Plan and carry out marketing and sales activities, increases sales volumes.
- Develop new ideas and create offers for sales and marketing to clients to improve sales.
- Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries from clients.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Manage and develop direct reporting staff
- Select and manage external agencies.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND certificate in relevant field
- experience is not required as appropriate training will be given.
- Good computing knowledge
- Data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytic skills
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
- Proven ability to execute, multitask, and deliver on commitments
- Highly driven, motivated, independent and adaptive
