JOB ROLE
The Electrical Maintenance Manager will be responsible for factory maintenance functions and ensure that the machines are available for optimum utilization. The Electrical Maintenance Manager will manage 20 - 30 people and should be electrical oriented with strong automation & PLC system maintenance experience.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Ability to work with less supervision.
B.Eng in Electrical engineering from any reputable university
5 to 7 years practical experience on similar role in an industrial or manufacturing company
Good knowledge of industrial automation.
High technical skills.

Receives and carries out instructions from the Factory Manager and gives feedback on the performance of the production machines.
Coordinates and supervises the annual heavy maintenance of production lines as scheduled by the Factory Manager
Works hand in hand with the Production Manager to achieve an effective quality assurance status for different levels of production.
Monitors the use and inventories of maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
Attends weekly operational meetings in the factory and crosscheck to endorse the Daily Time Distribution report.

The responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:
Responsible for operations of specialized equipment.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of the maintenance department in the factory.
Ensure compliance with technical safety rules and regulations and also the group's specific rules for safety and health.
Prepare reports on production and machines conditions.
Ensures the production preventive maintenance is strictly adhered to by the maintenance team according to the
