Job Title: Procurement Manager
Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State


Job Summary:
Performs work, including but not limited to overseeing the preparing and processing of purchase orders in construction project procurement; teaming with the relevant departments and performing record maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews purchase orders to ensure compliance with Company statutes and Board policy
  • Provides guidance to the maintenance department in purchase order placement; refers to the state division of purchase and contract when money thresholds are met
  • Coordinates Proposals initiated from each state division of purchase and contracts; monitors purchase orders for multiple purchases and proposes grouped purchases to reduce cost
  • Tracks vendors regarding availability of minority products and services, system purchasing and state reporting quarterly; and works well as a team with other Procurement Officers to ensure timely encumbering and processing of purchase orders.
  • Supports construction project procurement by preparing requests for proposals and bid documentation, conducts bid openings, and implement bid awards.
  • Develops and maintains purchasing records; maintains vehicle
  • records system-wide; maintains personal property disposal records; keeps records of minority vendors; and archives policy regarding the disposal and retention of records.


Educational Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum HND or Bachelors Degree
  • At least three (5) years experience as a buyer/contracting officer in a public or private organization involving both services and materials purchasing.
  • Knowledge of both standard and innovative procurement procedures and practices;
  • Knowledge and adherence to the Company\'s procurement policies
  • Knowledge of encumbrance accounting and the type of software that supports it
  • Knowledge of preparing bid documents for construction projects
  • Coordinating skills for working with vendors to adjust bid schedules to permit adequate vendor response time
  • Administrative skills to interpret procurement policies and procedures
  • Analytical skills to implement and coordinate purchases for volume discounts and to evaluate lease versus buy decisions
  • Communication skills to communicate with other Management Team, vendors, and potential Clients.
  • Leadership skills to encourage procurement responsibilities for all level of staff; to refrain from status quo purchasing
  • Planning skills to forecast technology changes and to implement the changes within available funding
  • Mathematical skills to maintain records of money spent over various periods and to negotiate prices and discounts with vendors.
  • Software/Microsoft Word processing skills for written communications, tracking numbers via tables, lists, Excel spreadsheets, and being generally Computer Saavy.




Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State



Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
  • Setting out, levelling and surveying the site;
  • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
  • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
  • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
  • Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;
  • Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
  • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
  • Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
  • Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
  • Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
  • Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
  • Preparing reports as required;
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • B.Sc/HND/M.Sc. in Architecture, Quantity Survey, Building or Civil Engineering.
  • MBA an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of CAD and MS software specifically excel, word, project
  • ISO certifications knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Professional membership would be an added advantage.
  • Post graduate Cognate experience of 7years.







Job Title: Marketing Manager (Female)
Location: Lagos State.

Responsibilities:

  • The job holder will manage the brand portfolios within the same market segment by developing strategies for brand development.
  • Set up, implement and coordinate operating procedures for all Marketing activities for compliance to organisation objectives.
  • Recommend short, mid and long term brand positioning strategy that continually enhances the value of the brand.
  • Monitor new product development process so as to ensure on time product launch and brand profitability.
  • Work cross functionally to develop the optimal brand profitability, pricing, distribution, merchandising and promotion strategies.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve good marketing competencies, communication and analytical skills.


Qualifications/Experience:

  • Must have BSc in Marketing or Mass communication with Masters degree/professional qualification an added advantage.
  • Must have 3 – 5 years relevant Food and Beverages experience inclusive of 3 years experience in similar position of management.
  • Should be between 30 – 35 years of age.
