JOB DESCRIPTIONS



  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare monthly income statement and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Perform daily posting of accounts.
  • Prepares month-end general ledger close journal entries and supporting reconciliations.
  • Verify and posts transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
  • Prepare invoices and processes invoice for payment and receipts.
  • Follow up clients to ensure the settlement of outstanding accounts according to contract terms.
  • Manage the preparation, distribution and reporting processes for payroll.
  • Ensure the calculation of wages, overtime and deductions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure that payments and government reports are disbursed accurately and on time.


Job Requirements

  • Must possess an Ordinary National Diploma in
    Accounting.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Must have good numerate ability
  • Must have excellent communications skills.


  • Must have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent computer skills with practical knowledge of accounting soft wares such as excel, peach tree and quick book.
