GAS EXPERT – REF GE 001

Duties

1. Provide technical support for thorough understanding of the gas sector
2. Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on all aspects of transmission and distribution of natural and liquefied gas
3. Primarily to help the company build capacity in gas distribution

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Eng or B.Sc degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Law
• Must be a member of COREN
• M.Sc in Energy Studies (Oil & Gas) preferably
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent strategic planning, project management and report writing skills
• Demonstrate at least 10 years of professional working experience, with at least 5 years in a gas company
• Experience of developing and analyzing business plans relating to the oil & gas industry with special focus on the gas sector
• Must not be more than 35 years

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER/TECHNICAL ADVISOR TO EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN – REF TA 002

Job Overview
The COO shall be responsible for driving the performance of the company’s business as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by the Board of the Company; maintaining an on-going dialogue with the Executive Chairman and on-executive directors. He shall report directly to the Executive Chairman

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Vast knowledge in the Oil& Gas industry
• Bachelor degree, MBA or Masters in Quantitative areas from top academic institution preferable
• At least 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry and not less than 5 years working in similar role
• Sound written & verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills
• Not more than 40 years old
