Recruitment Service for Senior Sales Executives

We help our clients distinguish themselves in style while still offering them value in the products that will last them a life time. As part of our expansion exercise we seek to recruit highly focused and result oriented individuals to fill the following position.
1) Senior Sales Executives in our Lagos and Abuja Offices. The senior sales executive will be responsible for :-

• Achieving individual sales target
• Providing excellent customer service and conform to laid down customer service standards
• Sourcing for new clients who have a taste for luxury
• Prepare presentation and proposals for clients both individual and corporate clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Participate in marketing events like road shows and other office programs to ensure sale growth
• Follow-up for collection of payment and any outstanding debts

Requirement:
• Degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years Sales Executive experience
• 29yrs +
• The ability and desire to sell
• Strong commercial awareness
• A confident and determined approach
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
• Strong direct and remote sales skills
• Extremely comfortable dealing at senior levels
• Must have strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
• Excellent communications skills: Must be able to draft proposals, as give presentations
• Computer literate (ability to use Microsoft office)
• Good product knowledge and appreciation of luxury brand watches and accessories
• Proficient in spoken and written English
