In Baker Hughes, this position is under direct supervision. Assist the inventory Manager in inventory records management for a Product line or several Product Line

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Analyzes sales exception forecasts, determines shortages, reviews and notifies department staff and sales department of results.
Assists other departments in acquiring inventory to fill shortages and daily orders from other locations.
Forecasts standard inventory usage and routinely orders appropriate quantities.
Facilitates usage of slow moving and obsolete inventory. Handles special projects, as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years experience in inventory control, customer service or production control.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years experience in inventory control, customer service or production control.

OTHER DETAILS

Job Title: Real-Time Pore Pressure Specialists (Job Number: 1208534)

Baker Hughes are currently looking for Pore Pressure Specialists to join their specialist team for both Europe and Africa. This is an exciting time to join a growing department and work to provide a specialist service to our clients in either Europe, Africa or across both locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Execution of real-time pore pressure analysis within our global Real-Time Pore Pressure Services group.
· Position will primarily be providing advanced level of pore pressure analysis and proactive recommendations at the well-site, within remote operation centers or client’s office on a regional/global basis.
· Responsible for transferring the knowledge (data, peer reviews, and customer interaction) of the pre-drill geomechanical studies from the consultancies or third party for providing interactive real-time pore pressure analysis during the drilling of the project.
· Provide integrated, real-time recommendations with the consultancy, D&E Operations and customers during the project execution to ensure a safe and efficient drilling environment. Involvement with consultancy in developing pre-drill geomechanical studies.
· Work with Geomarkets to optimize project execution to promote proper implementation with other Baker solutions (tools and applications).
· Interaction with the regional team leaders to promote pore pressure services development initiatives through the geomarkets (regionally and globally).
· Be active in developing competency with advanced training and working alongside consultancy and D&E.
· Field based role but might involve some trips to the office on occasions

Job Requirements/Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Geoscience or related discipline plus a solid level of pore pressure experience.
· A high level of PPFG (Pore Pressure Fracture Gradient) analysis and well-site experience is required.
· Drillworks knowledge is a benefit

Skill requirements:

· Proficient in managing pore pressure-related projects.
· Expert knowledge of drilling environment especially in relation to pore pressure methodologies and analysis.
· Sound presentation and communication skills for customer interaction.
· Expert knowledge within his/her discipline.
