House , i think this time ; we have to stop this madness of merging what is affecting us personlly with [Job search ] because , all the house knew that insourcing is First bank Agent. "tender" , i dont know u , but i think u need to check your self the way you respond to Issue like this . if the job is a contract job and you meet the requirment ' even if they pay less . you should try and take the job: if you work for a while it will be very easy for you to switch to another bank;because a banking experience in nigeria is a great asset to career development. Pls dont be angry with my work , i am just trying to advise your base on what others had done succefully.

runing an applicante data base for coming employment in first bank .but we
must know that not every body we
meet the requirment of both . So "TENDER" , I don’t know you personally .but I think u need to check the way
u respond to issue like this. If u are for dragnet or insourcing fine, did u think first bank is a fool .they know
what they are doing.
My advice to you and others , if you ever get a job through insourcing limited or dragnet ,take the job
even if the pay is low .a banking experience in nigeria is a great asset to career development , because
it will be very easy for you later to move to another bank of your chioce or Joining a other multi company.
Nigeria employent mentality trust and believe that those that have work in the bank without problem
are prudent , efficient and good academically .

Concernin FBN BSc holders, the prob Fbn has nw is that they need only 50 applicants and they got over 150,000 applications so they are yet to decide on aw n wen to shortlist, though they held a meeting concernin it yesterday, but no response yet so lets hope for the best n keep our fingers crossed.

Insourcing is a subsidiary of first bank nig. Plc. They are not fraud. U work in to their office and submit the hardcopy of ur credentials. If u r shortlisted, u will be invited
