    I heard sum top men in inec were gvn quota 2 bring applicants. And i heard dat if u dnt hv any top man, nothing 4u. God dey sha!

    My source stil says its true o o o o. Dnt knw if they selected d top men they gave d quota. Some top men were given quota to bring people, dats wat my source said.
