I cant work witout being paid. The lady dat interviewed me made it clear that u wont get any stipend @ the end of the month, apart frm commission(which doesnt evn ve any stated percentage, so na anytin wey dey their mind dem go giv u). Dat kind parole knw legit nah!

If I were u I'll go n c tins 4 my self than to dwell on what the lady said. Who knows, the lady might just be pooling ur leg. But am ready to run away from them as far as my legs can carry me the moment they tell me that their pay is based on commission.

Bt did u attend the interview, wat were u told?? Did u ask abt their pay structure?

I was not told anything about their pay structure and this is the reason y I will go to find out tomorrow, God willing.

IGI pay is strictly on commission. i have a friend who worked with them for few years before joining UBA life insurance. The only advantage of accepting such offer is gaining some work experience and also having their offer letter.

If it is confirmed that thei pay is based on commission, I do not think its worth the risk of travelling down to the west for induction. My opinion though.
