I am not surprise they prefered a Masters degree holder as a graduate trainee. These multinationals have taken our educational certificates as a joke. It started with ExxonMobil.

Hello ppl, What I'm curious about is the fact that we are also invited for interview together with assessment. Does this mean whether you pass or fail the assessment you still need to attend the face to face interview? Plus it's a huge burden going all the way to Lagos for some of us sha.

I got it aswell, i just took the assessment, it lasted just about 10 minutes. Its hard to predict tests like that, I wonder if we will have a second assessment and also how many rounds of interviews there are...Quote:
