Job Description


We are currently seeking part time and full time
Health care Human Resources Manager positions to
provide customer service, support professional
caregivers and begin your career path in Social
and Human Services. Responsibilities include:


*Answering telephones
*Maintaining an appointment calendar for up
to 3 caregivers
*Handling, sorting and filing incoming and
outgoing correspondence
*Handling, sorting and filing confidential
caregiver reports and patient files
*Scheduling meetings with patients, family
members and potential care seekers
* Kindly greeting visitors
* Providing data entry support


Job Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written
* Ability to maintain the integrity of
confidential information
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Well-organized and able to prioritize, multi-
task, and adhere to deadlines while working
independently with minimal supervision
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft
Office Suite
