The ideal candidate’s primary function of this sub unit is to professionally and efficiently provide human resource and administrative support for all activities crucial to the efficient operation of all the divisions of the company and prepare all paperwork relevant to this.

Degree in Arts/Social Sciences (Humanities)
Professional Certification is a must i.e. CIPM

Roles Involve:

  • Source for CVs, and compare with job specification for recruitment and selection.
  • Ensures adherence to Staff employment procedures.
  • Organize induction session for new intakes.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
  • Prepares the Leave Roaster for each year
  • Ensure compliance with company’s Staff Hand Book
  • Office maintenance and general office administration
  • Process payment for admin expenditures
  • Ensure compliance with the organization’s general administration policies and procedures
  • Coordination of the company’s AGM, board meetings, retreats etc
  • Ensure security arrangement cover of company’s properties.
  • Ensures adequate insurance coverage of the company’s properties.
  • Ensures effective/efficient telecommunications and mailing system for the company.
  • Monitor standard of service provided by various admin service contractors to ensure good quality and conformity with terms of agreement
