Job Summary:

The Human Resource Officer will assist in delivering the HR strategy and key business change agenda, performance management, payroll administration, recruitment & selection, on- boarding to exit of staff, training & development etc. across reporting Bureau.
Contribute to the development & implementation of people development policies & procedure.
Coordination and evaluation of training, Manage any employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance & consultations.
Responsibilities:

Develops the companys learning strategy.
Identifies training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers.
Conducts and supervises training and development programs for employees.
Designs and develops training and development programmes based on both the Company's and the individual's needs.
Manages the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets.
Assesses the return on investment of any training or development programme.
Works with stakeholders to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as Salesmen, technical staff and other support groups.
Develops effective induction programmes.
Ensures that statutory training requirements are met for all level and trade of employee.
Amends and revises programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that might occur in the work environment.


Qualifications and Requirements:

BSc or HND in a relevant field of social science or Humanities.
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to ensure a well-managed environment
Good understanding of Learning and Development

Good presentation skill
Proficiency in PowerPoint knowledge
Time management
Extraordinary attention to detail, strong time management, multitasking and planning and organizing skills.
