Responsibilities:


Engage in the recruitment processes and create interview report.
Assist in on-boarding staff with their documentation at resumption.
Electronic and manual documentation of staff profile.
Sorting and screening CV’s for interview purposes as directed by the General Manager.
Recording and filing of employment application and CV’s received according to areas of study.
Send HR monthly report to the HR General manager.
Send new staff list to HR General manager for confirmation.
Documentation and filing.
General Office Administration, Filing of document, writing minutes etc.
Grooming and Human Capital Development of the Company Workforce
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
Employee orientation, development, and training;
Policy development and documentation;
Employee relations; Compensation and benefits administration;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
Employee services and counselling
Providing support to staff in developing their skills and capabilities.
Keep, maintains and updates personal files/records of employees, job responsibilities, increment and renewal of contracts.
Provides information and assistance to staff, on work related issues.
Assists in conducting personal interviews and performance appraisals.
Participates in the induction for new staffs.
Maintains the central filing system, implemented cost reductions, general database and archive.
Develops and maintains relationships which benefit clients & organization.
Handles enquiries and take responsibilities for its execution.
Take minutes of management meetings.
Communicates internally to members of staff about management decisions.
Analyze training needs in conjunction with the general manager.
Develops policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:


Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any field.
Minimum of 6 months work experience.
Excellent business awareness skills.
Ability to understand implications of business decision.
Displays orientation to profitability and able to aligns work with strategic goals.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification.
Presentation and proposal development skills.
Ability to deliver presentations in front of varying audiences if needed.
Ability to work under less or no supervision.
