Job Description

Philly & Mools Automobile is a privately owned company managed by certain individuals in response to the growing and vibrant auto sector in the Nigerian economy. The company has been able to achieve this by selling new cars and first class imported used cars which represent our passion for quality, character and a combination of strength and style in the execution of our sales. We need the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Responsible for the payroll processing and administration.
Provides assistance in reviewing and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the department’s policies, procedures and processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
Provide information and assistance to staff and supervisors on human resource and work related issues.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
Promote human resources as a strategic partner in management decision making.
Maintain employee personal records and data administration.
Prepare and submit reports on daily activities of the department.
Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
A good first degree in Business Admin, IRPM, Humanities, Sciences or the Social Sciences.
A recognized and relevant professional certification (i.e. CIPM, CIPD or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
