Never undermine the abilities of anybody. If someone is unable to express himself in a way as well as yours, then be courteous and humble enough to render your assistance. There are people with all the relevant qualifications together with a good command of the English Language yet are still struggling for jobs. By your yardstick, they should be employed by now.
