I apologize for Ebony. What he means to say is that usually when we create a post to make an inquiry, it's important to use question marks. Alternatively, ensure the heading is explicit e.g "How to I apply to GTBank"

Exclamation marks usually signify an announcement or excitement.

I really don't know if it's the pressure of job-hunting or some people just don't have the patience to be nice to others. Obviously she is new and I don't see any rule where you have to put a question mark to signify nada. If you read a post and you have got nothing new to add to it then simply move on, being condescending is not the way to pass on the message. So glad Aquarius gave as good as she got. Please try and be civil people, at least most of us are meant to be graduates for goodness sakes!
