1.) Engineer (M/Shop & Surface Treatment)
Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience of In process, Sample Inspection & Layout Inspection, process monitoring .
  • Exposure to Conventional Machining CNC VMC Machining, Zinc Plating, Galvanising knowledge maintaining system records documentation


2.) Job Title: Documentation Controller
Requirements

  • OND Mechanical Engineering with 2 years experience in Documentation control

3.) Nurse

Responsible for mild clinical diagnosis and first aid treatment and drug administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in nursing with 2 years experience in medical consultation
  • Must be registered with relevant professional group in the profession,


4.) Nursing Assistant

To assist the Nurse in the clinic administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in nursing with 2 years experience in medical consultation.

Job Description

  • Successful candidates will assist the Facility Manager in coordinating housing and building maintenance.
  • Assist the Facility manager in Supervising the maintenance team to ensure all properties are well maintained
  • Assist the Facility manager in preparing valuation and structural survey reports and advising on all transactions affecting land and property purchase, valuation for purchase, sales rental assessment and land acquisition,

  • Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering, Technology, Estate management or related discipline with least 2 years cognate industrial experience in iron & steel manufacturing environment.

11.) Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer


Job Description

  • Planning, scheduling, monitoring and execution of projects by ensuring quality, legal aspects, cost effectiveness and timely completion of projects
  • Responsible for construction drawing management.
  • Machinery planning, material and labour procurement planning
  • Ensures that the Requirements of specifications in regard to materials and workmanship are complied with by contractors.
  • Ensure that finished works are free front defects, tested and set properly.
  • Maintain complete records of work done on site
  • Prepare monthly material reconciliation and bill certification for projects


Requirements

  • BTech. BSc/HND Civil Engineering Technology or related disciplines with 3 years hands on experience in facility management.

  • Candidates will be responsible for coordinating all equipment maintenance activities involving plant and machineries, electrical / electronics, automobile and fire services maintenance.
  • Plan, organize. and supervise the plant facility maintenance operations.
  • Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance programs based on best practices in the iron & steels industry
  • Coordinate, assign, direct, daily, weekly and annual maintenance schedule for the plant
  • Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures work standards and proper safety procedures
  • Develops specifications and make recommendations on capital equipment purchases.
  • Maintenance appropriate documentation and maintenance schedule, equipment installation, structural repairs, work orders and other operating reports for NMT facility


Requirements

  • BSc/HND Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with 2 years hands on experience in equipment and production plant maintenance

Job Description

  • and maintenance of all stocked items through effective utilization of codification system as per material planning design.
  • Ensure proper storage and disposal of salvaged item and periodic stock faking of stocked items.
  • Ensure productivity targets are met through automated storage and retrieval system
  • Adopt mechanical backup system for storage and retrieval of warehoused items through effective use of Bin Cards in recording, receipt and issuance process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management. Business studies, Retail Management or related disciplines with 2 years experience in supply chain management in similar industry.
  • Higher qualification and membership of relevant professional groups is an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be a good team player with Managerial, Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as numerical, technical and IT skills.
