1. Facilities Management Officer

Job Functions

  • Supervises artisans (plumbers, electricians, carpenter, etc) to ensure prompt and cost effective repairs for the office building and equipment
  • Prepares reports and analyzes data collected across the Company
  • Procures consumables e.g. stationery, electrical supplies, etc
  • Schedules generator maintenance and timely purchase of diesel
  • Supervises the cleaners and security guards
  • Coordinates the movement of pool cars and drivers
  • Informs staff about scheduled maintenance and repairs
  • Ensures prompt delivery of dailies, journals, and periodicals


Qualifications

  • Minimum HND Upper Credit in Engineering, Estate Management, or a Technical field
  • At least 2 years Facilities Management or Project Management experience


General Competencies
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Effective and efficient at problem solving
  • Attentive to detail and highly organized
  • Great communication skills (oral and listening)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


2. OND Upper Credit graduates in the following disciplines:
Estate Management, Electronics/Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
