u are to register with 8k may be it has reduced now, then u begin to walk up and down looking for whom to sell them to, they are looking for as many people as possible. Do not go. They are stupid annoying people. They ask for 10k for license. U are working for them, shouldn't they be the ones to get the license. They are just thieves and poor rats looking for whom to steal from.
