Montaigne Ltd, the exclusive agents of Clarins brand in Nigeria now represents as agent for several brands such as Clarins, Dr Murad,Gucci, Hugo Boss, Bulgari, Thierry Muggler, Boucheron, Escada amongst others Montaigne Ltd has seven stand-alone shops as well as several concessions as well as distributing it product through other third party retailers. At Montaigne place the priority is to give prestigious clients maximum satisfaction and personalized professional services. We are currently seeking to fill this position:

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales revenue from all service channels. Ensure necessary resources are made available to achieve successful sales and monitoring adherence to service standards. Provides direct supervision to all outlets to ensure outlets sales and performance targets are met.

Responsibilities:
Outlet Operations/Service Management:
Define, develop, implement and monitor service quality standards across all outlets operations.
Project sales and determine profitability.
Provide regular report on sales, costs and Outlet performance.
Ensure cash and payment systems of outlets are in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
Sales Monitoring & Management:
Manage sales activities and ensure staff competence to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer preferences to determine sales focus.
Liaise with Customer Care Department and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints regarding services, goods and personnel.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customer receive satisfactory services and quality goods.
Liaise with HR to implement pay for performance and recognition system that rewards sales and enforce minimum sales performance standards for each outlet.
Confer with management to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
Prepare sales and outlet stock reports for management and finance/accounts unit.
Attend management meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Staff Management:
Monitor staff sales performance to ensure that goals are met.
Provide assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties/ functions.
Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties.
Salary to Sales Ratio - Compares a salesperson monthly income to his total monthly revenue.
Rate of Revenue Increase.
Customer satisfaction index.
Integrity of performance reports.
Timeliness of performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:
First degree in a numerate discipline.
MSc/MBA would be an added advantage.
5-6 years’ cognate experience.
