A microfinance bank situated in Ojuelegba, Lagos requires suitable candidates for the position of Head, Banking Operations.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2-3 spent in managerial capacity
• In-depth knowledge about the functions and workings of all units of Banking operations
• High level of integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical,highly organized and ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent supervisory abilities
• Good understanding of Marketing and Customer Service principles.
