pls gud pple of the house advice me. IGI sent me a messag to come to their Akure office in Ondo state 4 some induction training cos i attended their interview somtim ago when i was servin there. I don't no if i shuld go since i learnt their pay is on commission. Pls advice a broda.

@andy80, what do u expect from an insurance company? As an agent (marketer) you are responsible for your pay. Bring them customers and give you ur own commission. Commissions, however, vary with company. IGI is one of the best!
