Job title: Sales Officer
Location: Ogere
Job responsibilities:
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job title: Quality Assurance Officer (Microbiologist)
Location: Ogere
Job responsibilities:
· draft quality assurance policies and procedures
· interpret and implement quality assurance standards
· evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
· devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
· review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
· plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
· investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
· collect and compile statistical quality data
· analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
· develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
· prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
· evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
· assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Education and Experience
· Bachelors degree or HND equivalent in Microbiology preferred
· Certifications an advantage including Quality management system.

Job responsibilities:
- Monitor new tools and technology
- Promotes equipment standardization
- Review deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance
- Ensure that equipment is performing effectively and efficiently
- Develops standard for major maintenance overhauls and outages
- Provides technical guidance for the preventive and predictive
- Optimizes maintenance strategies
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Key Competencies:
· Must be very skilled in the use of machines and equipment;
· Must have proper and in-depth understanding of how various machines work especially those used in water factory.

Job title: Accountant

Job responsibilities:
- provide general administrative support
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Properly code all transactions.
- Processing payment of expenses.
- Reconcile advances, including review of receipts, coding of expenses on the general voucher and entering into our oracle data and application.
- Maintain accounting files.
- Tracking and following up on outstanding advances and assure timely reconciliation.
