You shall take responsibility for manning the front reception desk, and office management responsibilities including IT administration tasks. You will be the first port of call for all visitors and suppliers, so we are looking for a confident and personable person who can deal with a wide range of people both face to face and over the phone.

A further break down of the duties are as follows:

IT Administration:
-Documentation of contractor hours
-Review of land-line and mobile phone bills for approval
-Manage project and contractor time sheets
-Manage the support rota
-Organizing and filing documents
-Scheduling meeting

Front Office Duties:
-Meet and greet visitors, process visitors with valid passes
-Manage and book all meeting rooms
-Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, ensure all audio / video technology is available when required
-Distribute incoming post and deliveries
-Answering incoming calls

We are looking for a candidate with good MS office applications experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) and previous experience working on a front desk.
