An established indigenous company is in need of a FRONT DESK Person.
Company is looking to hire someone with proven presentation and customer service skills.

Main Activities will include;
1. Receive,direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
2. Direct the First Nations Members and the general public to the appropriate staff
member
3. Open and date stamp all general correspondence
4. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
5. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls
6. Make preparations for Council and committee meetings
7. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
8. Respond to public inquiries
9. Provide word-processing and secretarial support
