We need the services of a suitably qualified candidate for the position of Front Desk Officer.

Responsibilities:

Manage front office activities

Receiving of guests.

Perform courier and dispatch services.

Answering of phone calls and enquiries.

Travel arrangement for senior management.

Ad hoc administrative duties and other reception duties.

Provide consistent quality service to customers by phone, email or fax as officers at the first line of contact

Handle enquiries, suggestions, feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner

Manage data entry work including maintaining an accurate log of all enquiries received.

Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the management

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of OND in any related discipline or its equivalent

Excellent Spoken English and Interpersonal skills.

Individual with pleasant personality

Must possess computer skills and internet savvy

Must possess excellent analytic skills with high proficiency in Microsoft word

Have very strong oral and written communication skills

Be enterprising, energetic and articulate

Must have a strong analytic mind, and highly honest

Good command of spoken and written English

Ability to easily interact with clients

Must reside in Lagos.
