An Engineering Procurement and Construction Company servicing the Oil and Gas sector is seeking for a proactive candidate for the under-listed position in its Port Harcourt Office:

Job Title: Front desk officer/Administrative assistant

Responsibilities:
Office Management -
Ensure a smooth day-to-day office management including general office cleanliness, arrangement and organization, ordering of stationery, record-keeping, filing and other office duties.

Administrative Tasks - Act as initial point of contact by responding to enquiries and request or directing as appropriate to those who are in need of assistance, ensure general knowledge of staff movement in and out of the organization, prepare letters and documents, receive/sort daily mails, organize meetings, minutes taking and report formation.
Qualifications/Requirements

  • A university degree in Humanities/Administration/Social sciences with at least 2 years working experience in a similar organization
  • Very personable and able to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with people
  • Able to multi task and work under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong communication and relational skills
  • Highly proficient in the use of computer.
  • Excellent human relationship
  • Highly fluent both in spoken and written English
