Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Job Reference: WHM-GP 01/14
Department: Golden Pasta Company
Location: Ibadan
The Job

  • Liaise with shift managers to ensure that products are appropriately transferred to the warehouse
  • Monitor the arrangement and stacking of products in the warehouse to ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Coordinate stock taking of products within the warehouse and update the stock records and accounts to reconcile possible variances
  • Ensure good working condition of all warehouse machinery and equipment
  • Ensure Discipline and adherence to Good House Keeping Practices in the Operations of the Warehouse.
  • Coordinate and manage warehouse team effectively

Job Title: Inventory Officer

The Job
C Manage replenishment planning parameters to reflect actual consumption and facilitate effective stock replenishment
C Prepare all inventory journals as required
C Manage physical and book balance as it relates to warehousing & inventory
C Supervise and coordinates monthly cycle counting exercise
C Co-ordinate all planning data to facilitate supply of spares as needed

C Excellent Computer skills
C Good verbal and written communication skills
C Pays Attention to detail, able to take initiative
C Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation

Qualification
C Bsc/HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Materials Engineering

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer/Analyst
Job Reference: SCOA14
Department: Stores
Location: Ibadan
The Job
F Manage raising and delivery on blanket orders for production SKUs.
F Prepare purchase forecasts for all production packaging SKUs.
F Coordinate delivery schedules and other supply chain activities on production SKUs.
F Gather and interprets relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.)
F Develop consumption forecast and periodic performance reports to aid management decisions

The Person
C Familiar with just-in-time materials requirement planning strong analytical and quantitative skills.
C Strong predictive and forecast ability
C Good Computer skills
C Good communication skills, oral and written

Qualification
C BSc/HND in Engineering or Social Sciences
C Good working knowledge of AX
C Membership of CIPS, CISCM, CIWM is an added advantage



Job Title: Total Productive Maintenance Trainee
Job Reference: TPM-GP 01/14

The Job

  • Support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance best practice Master plan
  • Establish and monitor the company loss and waste structure and drive continuous improvement project to constantly reduce the losses and wastes.
  • Build training competence by developing TPM Training materials and delivering in-house training.
  • Drive 5S and good house keeping in the entire factory.
  • Use TPM best practices to improve operational efficiencies.
