I'm not surprised @ all. When most companies advertise vacancies, its a form of marketing strategy. It is done to give the impression that it is expanding. Most times they already have the people they want.

I am sure of gsk. I did the dragnet test and the interviews up to the final level before I was dropped. It was a real employment, though I did not make it.
