@ emperomalata, forget cover leta and ref jo, its just d template or rather formalty in dragnet cv registratn as i av applied for other recruitments wit them without puttin those two and i was shortlisted. The most important thing is ur cv and photograph and thats how i submited mine too, howeva, if u still wanna put it, just login with ur pass and edit ur online cv by uploading it.
