Got same message n it was sent via mail. We applied sometime last year n we did a small online quiz in january. hope dis helps.

@segi, i fink its just lagos peeps for nw n its in batches. I culd recall some peeps in Abuja said dey did deirs sometime last month. I also realised dat it seems its by surnames alphabet...mine n 4 of ma frnds dat got d mails sunrnames starts wif an 'A' ...pls dos dat received d mails, pls comment on dis.
