@didi ade,who told u skye bnk is not staff friendly? I did my service there o,and dey r very staff friendly.infact my boss left fidelity for skye bnk,3rd level in skye bnk is lyk 1st level in fidelity.their levels in promotion is really a very long ladder,I also have afriend dat left fidelity for oceanic,b4 u get promoted in dat bnk,na wahala.anyway,ur choice.but wid my experience in skye,dey have good human relations very well.

Go bk n do ur survey properly! Check out d retrenchment rate of skyebank n compare wt fidelity 4d last 4yrs n c wot u cm up wt! Skyebank ar 'customer friendly' BUT they ar NOT 'staff friendly'! No doubt Skyebank bank's gt a better pay rate,incentives n quicker promotion rate,
